Nokia Lumia 520 Error code c00cee22 when acceesing Store

Solution is successfully on Nokia Lumia 520 (Handset) and Idea is the Mobile Operator

Go to Settings
->  access point
-> Add (you may be confused that there is already Idea, don't worry click on Add)
Enter only 2 field
-> Connection Name (you can write Idea)
->Internet Access point name(APN) - Enter Internet

The solution turned out to be successful without a reboot
